Bueno para todos aquellos que aman esta banda finlandesa hoy me toca postearles la discografia completa, con singles y todo para los que realmente son fanaticos de hueso colorado (como dicen aca en México), asi es que espero que lo disfruten y aqui va...

Nightwish es un grupo de Power Metal Sinfónico y con toques de Metal Gótico procedente de Finlandia conocidos en toda Europa y America por sus fuertes y melódicos riffs de guitarra, atmósferas de órgano y sintetizador, y claro sonido del bajo que hace un buen contraste con su apoyo filarmónico/orquestal.

Su género musical es discutido. Cabe relucir que son también muy reconocidos por haber brindado una gran diversidad de cualidades de Power Metal llevándolo a un nivel muy potente, y a la vez combinando al género con Gothic Metal, siendo estos los que ponen a debatir la etimología de su música.

Nightwish, nace en 1996, durante una salida de camping de Tuomas Holopainen con sus amigos Tarja Turunen, (en ese tiempo una novata soprano de la Jan Sibelius Academy de Helsinki) y Erno Vuorinen; tiempo después llegará a la banda Jukka Nevalainen.  

Expulsión de Tarja Turunen

El 22 de octubre de 2005, día después del último concierto de la gira Once Upon a Tour 2004-2005, presentado en el Hartwall Areena, en Finlandia, Tuomas Holopainen, el "frontman" de la banda, publicaba en la web oficial del grupo una carta abierta. El escrito, que la noche anterior le habían entregado a Tarja Turunen, comunicaba a todos los fans (y a ella misma) que la vocalista estaba expulsada del grupo.

Angelzoom

Angelzoom es el trabajo musical de la solista Claudia Uhle ex vocalista de la banda alemana X-perience, como se mencionaba, este trabajo en solista es de un gran estilo Dark Wave y gótico, ya que la cantante en algunos videos usa la piel blanca, y en las carátulas de sus discos.

La historia no es tan grande, la cantante Claudia Uhle antes de iniciar su carrera musical fue influenciada por los sonidos de muchas bandas, como Adiemus, Camouflage, Björk, Deine Lakaien, Depeche Mode, Enya, Filmmusik, Mike Oldfield, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Sting y Wolfsheim.

En el año 2004, Uhle firmó un contrato con Nuclear Blast, para comenzar su carrera con su disco que salió ese mismo año llamado igualmente como su trabajo, osea Angelzoom (album). El disco se asemejaba a las ondas oscuras y góticas. La banda Apocalyptica ayudó en una de las canciones, y otra canción es un cover de la canción Crawling del grupo de Nu Metal Linkin Park, aunque este cover es mas tranquilo y nada metalero como la canción original.Tambien incluye un cover de la cancion Blasphemous Rumours de Depeche Mode. Su estilo es predominantemente tecno con una marcada influencia New Age y Darkwave lo que da como resultado un estilo original y fresco.

Faun

Faun es una banda de folk pagano germánico y darkwave, formada en el 2002. La originalidad de su estilo musical recae en el uso de instrumentos antiguos y en el canto, que es el centro de atención. Las canciones son escritas en una gran variedad de idiomas, incluyendo el alemán, el latín y en lenguas escandinavas.

Sus instrumentos incluyen el arpa celta, el arpa sueco, la zanfona, la gaita, la cítara, flautas, entre otros.

Para expresar su propio vínculo con la Naturaleza la banda acuñó el término "Pagan Folk", para nombrar el estilo de sus conciertos. Aunque el término fue inicialmente usado para conciertos electrónicamente amplificados, ahora es usado por los fans y la banda para definir el género de su música.

En el repertorio musical de Faun, hay desde melancólicas baladas hasta exuberantes danzas como el An Dro bretón. Sus creaciones se inspiran en ciertas épocas y regiones, así como también poseen una gran variedad de composiciones originales.

Faun combina estilos persas y árabes con melodías de arpa suecas y letras en alto alemán medio. Igualmente son distinguidas las voces de Elisabeth Pawelke y Fiona Rüggerberg, casi siempre a dos voces y en grabaciones recientes, conducidas por el ritmo de Niel Mietra.

En su álbum debut, Zaubersprüche, se encuentran baladas de entre el período del Medioevo tardío y el romanticismo. La instrumentación se mantiene enteramente acústica, y no incluye elementos ni ritmos electrónicos. En su segundo álbum destacan temas más rítmicos y alegres como Andro, Unda y la canción doble Deva/Punagra.

El nombre Faun procede de la antigua mitología grecorromana. Según la banda, esta figura es descrita como un espírtu del bosque, lo que expresa la conexión y el vínculo de la banda con la Naturaleza. Por la misma razón el sobrenombre de Oliver Pade es Satyr, un ser estrechamente relacionado con el Fauno.
